Wedding Hair Packages
Wedding hair packages are priced on request. Contact us to discuss your plans and we’ll be happy to create a package suited to your day.
Your Wedding, Your Style
Your wedding hair should feel completely personal to you. Whether you have a clear vision in mind or need some help deciding on the perfect look, we’ll take the time to understand what you’re looking for and create a style that complements you, your dress and your day.
Bridal Hair Consultation
Every wedding starts with a conversation. We’ll discuss your ideas, hair type, accessories, timings and the overall look you’re hoping to achieve. This gives us the opportunity to plan your style carefully and make sure everything is right before your special day.
Bridal Party Hair
From bridesmaids and flower girls to mums and other members of your bridal party, we can create individual styles to suit everyone. Whether you want elegant updos, soft waves, classic styling or something more relaxed, we’ll work with you to create a cohesive look for the whole party.
Bespoke Wedding Packages
Every wedding is different, so our wedding packages are tailored around your requirements rather than being limited to a fixed service. Packages can be arranged around the number of people, styles required and your wedding-day schedule.
Salon Policies
Pricing on Request
Please note, prices are for guidance and are confirmed upon consultation. All consultations are free. There may be an additional charge for thick/longer hair. All prices are subject to variation depending on timings and services carried out.
Deposits & Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid to secure your booking appointment. No bookings are made without a deposit. For hair extensions: Payment for the hair replaces the booking deposit.
Your Appointment
If you are running late please contact the salon ASAP. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a shorter service may be provided. If you are more than 30 minutes late you are treated as a ‘no-show’.
If you change your mind on the type of service required, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you fail to do so and require a shorter appointment or change your mind on the day, the original price will be charged.
Rescheduling/Cancellations
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or do not show up for your appointment (no-show), 50% of the service total cost will be charged (forfeiting the booking deposit).
Re-Scheduling with less than 48 hours notice may also forfeit the booking deposit. Let us know as far in advance as possible if you need to reschedule.
Complaints
If for any reason you are unhappy with the service provided, please let us know at your appointment or within 48 hours.
We are passionate about your hair and ensuring we have created the best experience. So, if you are not satisfied, we would be more than happy to arrange a follow up appointment to assess your hair and rectify if neccesary.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in a resolution being withdrawn.
Colours & Chemicals
Hair colour services can only be carried out on ages 16+.
Skin patch testing is required 48 hours prior to any chemical/colouring services and must be repeated again every 6 months. Strand tests may also be neccessary for certain chemical services. Not attending your patch test will be treated as a no show.
Hair Extensions
Hair extensions can only be fitted on ages 18+.
All hair is ordered through a 3rd party retailer. As per their policy, no refunds can be made for hair once it has been removed from its original packaging.
If there is a fault with your hair it must be reported to your stylist within 24 hours of fitting. Removal and return of the hair must be made within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in an invalidated warranty.
